The Moon Melon

ElNickre does it again with his weird Moon Melon. Though it has nothing to do with the moon, or melons, there's something about the brilliant building techniques in this MoC that really sells it to me. The spikes on the far shoulder are mounted on a lego 'plate' piece, and there's also an interesting bit where ElNickre has used the 'backsack' piece and cherry piece to create a complicated piece of 'Mechatecture'! This is beyond nannism, for those of you who were comparing the two.

I only have one problem with this piece: the image quality. Yes, it was probably compressed for the net, but it's at a very high ISO (so the shutter speed is faster), which gives this otherwise brilliant piece a nasty, grainy quality to it.
